hello students of noah hilsenrad's typography & visual design, fall 2009 class! welcome to our blog.
this blog will serve 3 functions:
1. a place to receive/review new assignments
2. a place to post completed assignments
3. a place to put your own ideas and encounters with design and typography
each of you will be expected to use this blog for all 3 functions. throughout and at the end of the semester i will track your individual activity here; it is an efficient tool for gauging how much you’ve accomplished. evidence of this tool's effectiveness can be found in the older posts, which consist of last year's class' work.
