i'm glad you got your work up here. i knew you could do it.

some suggestions on making it better:
1. the source photo type had a real difference between thicks and thins (high stroke contrast), and you've kept that feeling for characters like the B,C,D,E,F,L and R. but you lost it for many of the others. it looks like the thicker strokes are usually the horizontal ones and the slab serifs, so make corrections by thinning out vertical strokes and fattening up horizontal ones and serifs.
2. many of the characters simply don't have serifs now! that was an important part of the source font. if you're not sure where to add serifs, look at the characters of a typeface like 'courier', which has slab serifs as well.
